Be Ready - Have your ID, pay stubs, and references lined up before you even tour the place.

Tell the Truth - We verify everything. If something doesn’t match up, it’s a red flag.

Credit Matters - Got collections or late payments…? Be upfront but if you don’t really know, you might want to pay the charge and get your credit reports from all 3 credit bureaus, Transunion, Experian & Equifax.  Being up front and giving us some “context” can help, but surprises don’t.

Follow Instructions -  Incomplete apps go to the bottom of the pile. If we ask for something, send it all.
